Prior To The Conference:

Who attends MHM?

Executives, Clinicians, Behavioral and Mental Health marketers, Sales Professionals

Is there an app for MHM?

Yes, all attendees will have access to the event app two weeks before the conference, during the 3-day conference and for two weeks after the conference.

Is there a preferred accommodation I can book?

The Harpeth Hotel is the first hotel room block we’ve reserved. The Harpeth also serves as a main social hub for the conference. Rooms at The Harpeth are offered at a special discounted rate of $314 (plus tax) for registered attendees. Book your room here. 

Are early bird discounts available?

Yes.

In-Person Tickets + Early Bird Discounts:

$400 – Purchase by April 30, 2024

$500 – Purchase by August 31, 2024

$600 – Purchase by October 1, 2024

Virtual Attendance Tickets + Early Bird Discounts:

$125 – Purchase by April 30, 2024

$150 – Purchase by August 31, 2024

$200 – Purchase by October 1, 2024

Can I attend virtually?

Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual participation. Everyone who attends gets access to the event app, so virtual attendees can connect and network with in-person attendees.

After completing my registration, will I receive an email confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email customer support.

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket if I can’t attend?

We offer refunds up to 30 days before the event. You can request to transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t attend. Email us at hello@mhmarketing.org.

Do you offer any of kind of group, military or student discount?

Yes, we create custom discounts on an as needed basis whenever we can. Please email hello@mhmarketing.org for more information on ticket discounts. 

Can I purchase a ticket onsite the day of the conference?

Yes, tickets are available for purchase through Oct. 3. 

At The Conference:

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

Parking is free and located directly by the venue.

Is there an accessibility entrance?

Yes, there is an accessibility entrance into the venue. The main conference area will also be accessible.

Are there any shuttles organized to transport me to the conference?

Yes, shuttles will run to and from The Harpeth Hotel and possibly to other hotels depending on attendance needs. We will announce transportation schedules to and from The Harpeth and any other hotels prior to the event.

Are meals included?

No, attendees are responsible for their meals. The conference will have snacks, coffee and water available. There are several restaurants, eateries and bars conveniently located on site.

Are sessions going to be recorded and accessible after the conference?

Yes, sessions will be recorded and accessible to attendees after the conference.

Continuing Education Credits:

Are there any CEU credits offered for attending?

Yes, MHM is providing Continuing Education for clinicians, therapists and counselors. MHM is working with TPN.Health to provide these courses. You will need to log into TPN.health and create a free account to access the CEs. Approved credit hours will be posted at least 60 days prior to our event.

Participants are responsible for verifying with their own respective state board/agencies that the CEs that are offered at the conference through accreditation are accepted in their home states. Please click here for more details. CE accreditation and certification is conveniently provided via the TPN.health platform.
