Yes, all attendees will have access to the event app two weeks before the conference, during the 3-day conference and for two weeks after the conference.

The Harpeth serves as a main social hub for the conference. Rooms at The Harpeth are offered at a special discounted rate of $359 (plus tax) for registered attendees. Book your room here.
SpringHill Suites by Marriott is located 3.2 miles from The Factory. Rooms at SpringHill Suites are offered at a special discounted rate of $179 (plus tax) for registered attendees. Book your room here.

Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual participation. Everyone who attends gets access to the event app, so virtual attendees can connect and network with in-person attendees.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email customer support.

We offer refunds up to 30 days before the event. You can request to transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t attend. Email us at hello@mhmarketing.org.

DURING THE CONFERENCE

Parking is free and located directly by the venue.

Yes, shuttles will run to and from The Harpeth Hotel and possibly to other hotels depending on attendance needs. We will announce transportation schedules to and from The Harpeth and any other hotels prior to the event.

No, attendees are responsible for their meals. The conference will have snacks, coffee and water available. There are several restaurants, eateries and bars conveniently located on site.

Yes, sessions will be recorded and accessible to attendees after the conference.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

Yes, MHM is providing 10 Continuing Education courses for clinicians, therapists, and counselors. MHM is working with TPN.Health to provide these free courses. You will need to log into TPN.health and create a free account to access the CEs. Approved credit hours will be posted at least 60 days prior to our event and will be available through December 31st.
Participants are responsible for verifying with their own respective state board/agencies that the CEs that are offered at the conference through accreditation are accepted in their home states. Please click here for more details. CE accreditation and certification is conveniently provided via the TPN.health platform.
