  • Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual participation.

    Please note, the 2025 conference will not be fully live-streamed. However, virtual tickets are available for a curated selection of live marketing sessions. In addition, all Heritage Room and Harbor + Union Main Room sessions will be available on demand after the conference concludes.   • Yes, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email customer support.

  • We offer refunds up to 30 days before the event. You can request to transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t attend. Email us at hello@mhmarketing.org.

  • Yes, tickets are available for purchase through Oct. 9. 

DURING THE CONFERENCE

  • Parking is free and located directly by the venue.

  • Yes, there is an accessibility entrance into the venue. The main conference area will also be accessible.


  • Yes, shuttles will run to and from The Factory to our preferred hotels - The Harpeth, SpringHill Suites, and Towneplace Franklin Cool Springs.

    We will announce transportation schedules to and from the venue in advance of the conference.

  • No, attendees are responsible for their meals. The conference will have snacks, coffee and water available. There are several restaurants, eateries and bars conveniently located on site.

  • No, CEUs will not be available at MHMC25.
